  Even if there is a line, I never have to wait too long. The employees are very efficient and friendly. I have never had an issue at this store. I love the convenience of this location for me.

  They decide to Close Sundays … why ? Most of people who work during the week - need this store open weekends

  I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience at this UPS location. Every time I go in, the atmosphere feels cold and unwelcoming. The employees rarely greet customers with a simple “hello” or “have a nice day.” It’s always so quiet and tense that I honestly feel uncomfortable walking in. What makes it even harder is that I’ve noticed a difference in how people are treated based on their appearance. As a Latina, I can’t help but feel ignored—no greeting, no smile, no acknowledgment. But when someone who is white walks in, the staff suddenly becomes friendly—greetings, smiles, small talk. It’s very noticeable and deeply disappointing. I don’t like to jump to conclusions or accuse anyone unfairly, but this pattern is hard to ignore. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because no one should feel judged or unwelcome in a place they’re doing business with.
