  Des, Matteo, and Andrew are absolute amazeballs! Every visit here is smooth, fast, and actually enjoyable thanks to their energy and professionalism. I wouldn’t go anywhere else—this is hands down the best UPS Store team around.

  I’ve ordered several customer posters in all sizes for bridal shower, wedding party, and this UPS always executed. Desiree is phenomenal at customer service, when my poster was misaligned she was working on it the next morning. Nancy and Mario are excellent too, where Nancy has helped numerous times when things go wrong to proactively inform the right team members next day. Mario, navigated ambiguity learning one of the days how to help me through a custom poster order, something that isn’t as easy as you’d think. Overall, fantastic team that runs this store that provides top notch customer service. Again, even when the product comes in wrong, they ensure it’s redone and replaced next day. Thank you again!
