  The employees quickly moved through a line at a busy time. Ashlee was helpful, polite, and worked very quickly to help me out with a drop off. One of the best UPS Stores I have visited.

  This UPS store is the best I’ve ever worked with. I had several issues with Amazon return packages, they didn’t have to assist me considering it was of no benefit to them to do so. Dan, whom I believe to be the manger, happily solved every issue I had. Needless to say I’ll be driving out of my way to use this store over any other shipper moving forward. -Thanks Dan!!!

  I originally was supposed to make the drop off in Paw Paw, but that didn't work out! So I walked in yesterday Right after they opened without a printed label, open boxes and the young lady was awesome. Helped me with a smile, didn't give me any static or an up charge and even recycled the boxes for me! What a change from past experiences at UPS stores where they make you feel like an idiot! Great job Old fashioned good customer service that the world is lacking! I will go back again!
