The line is out the door and there are two people in the back working on other things. The young man in the swim shorts was very rude and when my phone wouldn’t pull the code to return up, he told me I had bad internet from my cell provider. I went to my car and saw that they have guest WiFi. I had asked about it and just said it’s my cell service. I logged into Petco’s WiFi to get the code. He also put two items in one bag and when I pulled the code to return it, he just stared at me. He acted so inconvenienced to help me. I had to ask him to find the shirt. He was annoyed and slapped the sticker on the bag. When I got the other return code I had to wait in the line again. He didn’t even say hello, the woman in the pic taped my bag shut and I said thank you. They said nothing, so I said “you’re welcome.” And he said, have a nice day. The line was still out the door and the woman wasn’t helping the other people. Why she taped my bag is beyond me. Another customer in line said, “they’re so rude here” as I walked out. I agree. Horrible.

worse UPS store, they lost our package and told us to make a claim we have made 5 claims for a lost package and they still haven't reimburse us for losing our package, we have call the store multiple times and they do nothing to help us and just keep giving us phone numbers that when we do call they say the same thing the store say we cannot help, please call this number and all they do is gives a round around without actually helping, they lose a package and they clean their hands like it is not their problem. we have also tried reaching out using their social media to get help and they never respond back, so much for customer service and actually helping people not lose their package or reimburse them for losing the package.

This ups is always busy, non-stop and Tony is ALWAYS kind and patient. People are not always nice to the staff here, but every time I interact with any of them, especially Tony, they are lovely. I always bring my business here and you should too!

The worst place to deliver a package. I went to this UPS store to deliver a package because it was the closest one I had and the service was 2/10. There were 15 of us and they only had one person working for me. I arrived at 3:20 and ended up leaving at 4:10 just to deliver a package. They charge an extra dollar for everything. I needed a little bit of tape for a box and they charged me for it. I've been to other UPS stores and the service is good and they've never charged me for it. If you're going to come, take precautions. Keep in mind that it will take at least 30 minutes at this location, and put tape on your box. And bring your printed label.
