Everyone is friendly, even the kid with the dead eyes who seems on autopilot when interacting, I just chalk that guy up to Teenage Wasteland woes lol. He's still nice and professional. I always take my Amazon Returns here and make sure to get a receipt, just in case things get lost in the shuffle. Never had an issue. I did start taking some of my Amazon Returns to a different store because I felt self conscious of my obvious shopping habit, but all in all, that's on me, not them.

Dropped off a box and went to my car for a minute to get my phone, and came back and asked where the box, the assistant manager said he doesn't know! And I said I gave it to her, and he didn't even bother to ask her. Instead he asked, what color, I said brown, he said they all brown.. then I saw the box just right behind the gal who was helping us.. there! What a bad service and rude customer service!
