  mistake, big time. the lady was rushed, short tempered and insisted I didn’t need to take old labels off my box. She insisted it was fine. Three times I questioned this. Finally she shut me down with an angry tone. So I figured she’ll cover up the old label with the new one. She put the box behind her and moved on to 2 other Amazon packages I had to ship. When I got home I checked my UPS receipt and the tracking code on it stated this arrived 2 weeks ago. Which is when I received it from Amazon. I’m on my way back to this UPS store and will see how to deal with this. I may be out the $80 I paid for this mattress topper.

  Gentleman at the counter was funny, knowledgeable, kind, and was super fast with processing my shipment. Will be shipping out of this location for sure. :)
