  The staff here, specifically in my interaction with a young redheaded male, are incredibly unhelpful and rude. Suggest training and upskilling your staff on their customer service interactions as it seems to be a reoccurring issue based on this locations reviews.

  The red head boy named Skye was sitting on his phone at the register and didn't even look up at me when I walked in. He even sat on the back table while there was a line with both of his feet up. He was leaning into his phone and ignoring customers while on his phone. I wish I could rate 0 stars, this was a terrible experience.

  I went to print some pictures that I bought online. They did an excellent job, the customer service was amazing, they printed everything quickly, the price were fair and the quality of the pictures printed were really good. Very nice UPS!

  The woman working at noon on Tuesday needs to learn that using minimal language is poor customer service. Employing language and using communication to speak to a customer who is smiling and asking questions would be a better way to actually engage people who are coming in. Possibly better training in customer service would improve the experience.
