I would have found an alternate option had I known. They promote their printing so heavily - you'd think fixing a malfunctioning printer would be a priority.

Asked for the manager, (hopefully an adult) and of course there is never one available. I brought my printed label -got a receipt, only for the package to be returned back to me the next day. By the looks of the box the printed label was never attached. The excuse, we must have put it on the wrong box or it fell off. (Another problem for another customer to discover). Then to be told there is nothing we can do with that typical teenager I don’t care attitude —no accountability for their mistake- no compensation/make it right!!! Just terrible!!!! I now have to go through customer service on getting another label from the store. I’ll drive to Live Oak or Gainesville, before doing business here again. This is literally what done it for me. Everytime you walk in this store no greetings/smiles, you finally make it to the counter and the attitude of everyone is bothered! Why work in customer service if you hate customer service!
