The Employee that you have with a shaved head and gauges in his ear was very rude today He called me a brokie because I asked why he was charging me a dollar For him to receive a email to ship a product. A simple question as To why I’m being charged. His response was I’m a brokie. Please reprimand this employee before I have to Punk him Out in front of everybody next time that’s This I’m gonna handle this situation….. so your company is so broke they’re offering buyouts to the drivers that they now have resorted to charging one dollar to receive a email to print off a packing slip that you already charged shipping and handling for. Don’t put your employees in bad situations.

I needed to return two heavy boxes to the supplier. They were both 35+ pounds and I was unable to carry them into the store. The clerk, Devin, who waited on me was so gracious to help me get them inside. He was very courteous to me and I want to give him a big Shout Out! This store knows how to give great customer service!

I've never been to this store nor have I had to return anything to Amazon. Apparently I scanned the wrong code and the girl with dark hair and glasses was quite rude and condescending when she informed me I scanned the package and I should have scanned the QR code. It wasn't my package I dropped off so I was unaware of a QR code inside the bag. There are many ways she could have addressed the issue and me without being hateful. After looking over the reviews it looks like it was not her first time being rude and yet she still has a job and continues to treat others disdainfully. I very rarely complain but I just can't stop thinking about how condescending she was to me. Very upsetting!

I missed my delivery for my grandson‘s Louis Vuitton necklace and it was his birthday and homecoming and he wanted to wear it. UPS was so nice. I called them and they arranged for the driver to come back by and save the day. Thank you so much UPS.
