  Laurinburg ups store services is third class don't go there ,they just think how to collect money more and more with coustermer and emty parcel bags charge different price different employee

  I would always make it my duty to come to this location to handle anything related to shipping, printing, etc. However, since the two men have not been there that used to be there the customer service has been horrible. The two men who were there all the time were always smiling, willing to assist with anything with no problem or attitude. Please train the new associates to provide good customer service.

  I use to love going here the guys was so sweet friendly and good to help but now u have to wait so long, seem like the workers are ill over work and don’t want to help. Please bring back the others that use to b there. 🥹 feels so uncomfortable like no one wants to help u.
