  DO NOT USE this location of UPS the staff is rude and disrespectful with the clients. The always have an attitude specially the Cuban lady of dark skin. Always talking between employees and make clients to wait. And then have an attitude because they have to work. Also they don’t follow the hours for opening or close I got there at 6:50 and the was leaving already and when it’s I asked they said. Talk with the owner. I do not recommend this place at all.

  The worse customer service. I had to changed to the UPS on kendall because of the bad attitude you get from these people.

  Unfortunately my last few times going to this particular UPS has been disappointing. First, I could not drop off packages because the office closed early. Furthermore, the team was dismissive and would not accept our prepaid packages because they said UPS did not accept prepaid packages anymore. To find out later on that is not the case, as other UPS stores nearby had no problem taking our prepaid packages.
