I had a disappointing experience with Clark (Krick) at this UPS location. He appeared unfriendly and unapproachable, with no smile or effort to provide even basic customer service. Better go with different UPS

Always a great bunch of folks working there, always helpful and willing to go above and beyond and make it a positive experience.
They seem to enjoy their job and a well oiled machine.

Very helpful and patient. Thank you Adam, Hamza and Leavitt, you were very helpful to me with several Happy Returns orders. I could not have accomplished this without your help.

Have been a customer for 10 years and had multiple documents notarized and as a veteran was charge a low rate up to $10 and sometimes charged nothing. Yesterday my wife and I had a deed notorized and it took 9 signatures. They gave 1 free for a veteran and charged us $40. I questioned the charge and asked to speak to the manager. He agreed $40 was right. I ask for how to contact the owner and ask the manager to please ask the owner give me a call since he wouldn’t give me the owners phone number. He said I could send an email which I did to the store. The owner contacted me and said we were charged correctly. I told him that we had never paid more than $10 many times and sometimes free. He said that wasn’t right and said the Delaware Law required they charge &5 per signature. He said they give one signature free for veterans but charge $5 for the rest. The law says they can charge up to $5 and can waive the fee if they want to. The owner was saying the law requires he charge $5. That is what I understood he said. Anyway I wasn’t happy with his arrogance or that of his manager and one of his employees. I can get this done free at my bank but believing that I might get it free or paying no more than $10 we chose to go to the UPS store because the bank was closed. Next time I will go to the bank. The owner basically told me he didn’t care. The UPS store will not get my business anymore. I felt as an 84 year old disabled Vietnam vet they honored that with no fees or lower fees to thank me for my service but apparently they don’t do that anymore.

Incredibly condescending liars. Had a package shipped here. They refused to accept it as they should have. They were rude from the moment I walked in. The lied about it being back on the truck. 5 figure them in the wind.
