  Staff seemed okay, but a dollar to tape up the box? Considering one bag at any grocery store cost $0.10, is price gouging. By the way, most other UPS Stores in other states don't charge you anything. Why because Amazon pays you for shipping. Get it together. Last time I'm shipping something from here.

  The people who work here are so nice. I see the staff give candy to children. That's a nice touch. Always friendly. No pressure.

  Asia was kind, helpful, and very fast for my LiveScan documentation. I also called over the phone and she was similarly professional and cheerful. Great employee, and no line that day!

  I have used this UPS store for many years. Have no problem whatsoever with over a thousand of shipments over the years. The staffs are professional. They are not over-the-top friendly like as some unrealistic customers might have expected, but they are friendly enough and efficient. This is why they have my repeat business. I have experienced way worse service in other near by mail centers. This is the best UPS store in northern Huntington Beach. Highly recommend.
