  Service has gone downhill at this store. New people are definitely not service oriented.. 3 times now I have had amazon return's, amazon sent notice they never received it. Guy with the bald head the rudest person. He could care less if you use their service or not. We did utilize this store for all our needs. But not anymore ! Will not be returning. UPDATE Well if the phone worked I could call as I tried to call 5x. The day before. It was 11/11/25 At 830 am. If that helps.

  Don’t expect customer service when you utilize this location. I was verbally insulted by the condescending clerk who was working harder to get out of work than actually working. If you have a corporate prepaid account (which I do and with a large publicly traded company who spends a lot of money with this company), you need to find an other UPS store or company to ship through. You will be denied service and be instructed to buy yourself a tape measure (sarcastic demonstration face to face of how they work) & also that you need to purchase a scale to prepare your package for shipping. You’re a shipper was her exact rude comment. Every single person who walks through that door is a customer. A customer who you are employed to provide services. Maybe you’ve forgotten your role. I’m a customer period. Your attitude and actions were pathetic and unprofessional. Your apology was insincere and empty. I will never use or rather attempt to use this location again for any services.

  I had to drop off a package from amazon. Amazon did not communicate very well how to get it delivered back to them. The ups employee that was very helpful. We helped us out get back to them. Amazon. Had very good customer service.

  Ralph Emerson the manager at UPS store 1314 center drive ste b Went above and beyond to help us with what we needed and gave us more help than anyone else. He is an awesome manager... Thank you so very much
