  Selena was amazing. She was as nice as can be and really made us feel welcome at this location. She is extremely knowledgeable and definitely management material.

  This is the best UPS store I’ve been to hands-down. I’ve been coming to the store for a couple of years anytime I need to do Amazon returns purchase stamps send off mail and everyone in there is very friendly, especially the light skinned girl with the piercings. I can’t think of her name, but she’s always friendly. I’ve seen her work under pressure with a smile on her face, long line and answering the phone at the same time and being patient and taking her time with each Customer, even though she was by herself, maybe the other person was on break, but I’ve always seen every associate with a smile on their face and always been friendly and nice and very helpful with each and every person taking their time with each and every person as well, so I will go to this one before I go to any other UPS store best store in town hands-down

  An absolute blessing to my family. Not only was the service fast and efficient but the store manager (Selena... I believe) was so caring and compassionate about the needs of my wife's package. She went out her way to ensure our baby gets her backpack and school supplies as fast as possible and as cheap as possible which nowadays is unheard of!!! Thank you Ann and Decatur UPS and may God bless your business and your lives !!!!🙌🙏💯

  On 8/5/25 at the store #5659 I was attended by an EXTRAORDINARY person, her name is Tianna, she is an excellent employee, vey helpful, and courteous and nice, she treats her customers like family, she is very efficient, and know how to do her job the best way she can, she is ABOVE, and BEYOND, friendly, she definitely deserves a raise, so that’s why I giving this review, she is an Amazing person and every customer that walked in that day, I bet they were very satisfied with her level of performance, Well done TIANNA, you have my gratitude.
