  I travel quite a bit and use shipping and mailboxes businesses all over the world. I have the majority of my mail sent here when I'm not in California and I have nothing but praise for both the efficiency of the business and the employees. I'm not sure where some of the comments are coming from in these reviews, but I have always had very positive interactions with ALL the employees and have been doing business here for many years. In additions, all of my packages are handled quickly and efficiently, both outgoing and incoming. In my opinion, this is the best UPS store in town (I've tried the other two) and if you have any shipping needs or incoming mail needs, I don't know why you wouldn't start here. Quick, easy, friendly, a very efficient operation IMHO.

  Convenient, but very very average service. Felt like a very cash grabby but careless place. Bad passport photos, felt cheated

  Their email DOES NOT work. I went for a simple 1 page print and they were not getting emails. Such a bad service

  Why would anyone give a less than 5 start review to this place is beyond me. I have been dealing with them practically since they opened and you couldn't find another UPS store like these guys. Whatever your shipping - mailing needs might be they practically take you by the hands and guide you to best and most economical ways of doing it. Nick, the owner of the franchise, goes out of his way to satisfy your every need. Keep up the good work you guys, you are doing a great job!
