  Needed to ship some valuable (emotionally) mementos to California. The staff couldn't have been more understanding. My packages arrived carefully and securely wrapped to make the cross country journey.

  I’ve been going to this store for quite some time now and since they redid the inside and hired more people it’s been a wonderful experience. Not sure why people are coming here expecting higher energy employees, it’s a UPS store….

  Your employee Ken was the most condescending, rudest, pompous human I have come across in a while. If I am paying to use a service I expect some courtesy, not someone sighing and complaining they have to do the job. I will not be using this company agian for any shipping needs. Your employees represent your business and seeing as there are other reviews about him I assume you are fine with the representation he gives.
