  This was a great place to go, but has really declined recently. The customer service at the desk has a petty and condescending attitude now, and the refusal to do services they used to do is a little absurd. Find another one.

  I’ve been a regular customer at this UPS Store for years, but sadly, I will not be returning. Since the change in ownership, the service has noticeably declined. Printing prices have gone up significantly, and what used to be a simple process has become a frustrating hassle every time. Emails that I send for printing are often mysteriously deleted or lost by the time I arrive. Even though printing services are advertised on the website, there always seems to be an issue or excuse when I try to use them in-store. The woman at the front counter—who may be the owner’s daughter—is consistently rude and unhelpful. Today, while I was in mid-sentence explaining an issue with my email, the woman assisting me (possibly the owner’s daughter) abruptly turned away and began helping the customer behind me—without saying a single word to me. Not even a “please hold on” or “one moment.” Just completely dismissed me. Unfortunately, the manager doesn’t seem interested in resolving problems or improving the customer experience. It’s disappointing to see a once-reliable store take such a turn.

  I have purchased a box and have all my packages sent to this UPS store. The owner is always very pleasant! Don the Manager is fantastic! Not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable but very patient with rude, pushy people who all pile in the last hour before they close!

  I asked how much a b&w copy was, .19c. Great. He makes the copy and says, "There is a $1. service charge, is that ok?" Haha

  I was in and out quickly, which is what I like. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
