  I went today to UPS Glendora and the staff was very helpful and nice helping me with my paperwork that I needed to print because my printer at home didn't work.Costumer Service is fast.Thank you.

  I told the long haired service rep i have a spinal cord injury and need help with a 15 pound box in my car which is right in front pf the door, --he said i have to wait till no one is in line. I told him i had waited my turn through the long line and have a spinal cord injury and he said, "Yeah but helping you is not my job." I left a message for the manager.
