Poor customer service. They refused to take Amazon packages with QR code. They tell me I have to use the self service only. No one was in the store and refused to take my package. Awful people working here.

I recently went to this store to mail a package out of state. I was provided a delivery date, and now when looking up the tracking online, it has been given a new delivery date which is 3 days after the date I was promised in the store.
When I called the store directly to inquire about the delay,
I was told by the employee that I needed to call the main UPS number. I asked why the store could not help me with the issue and was told, "We don't have nothing to do with that." I queried the employee further as to why they could not help me directly and that should be part of their service, to which he replied "Lady, you don't know what you're talking about we don't do that." He was rude and disrespectful.
You just lost a 25 year customer.
