  I drive to Bird Rock UPS who are helpful instead of fighting for parking here only to be met with employees who appear to hate their jobs. I will NEVER return to this store!

  I am a regular customer of this store location. I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful. Today I needed extra time and support processing my shipment. Marvin went above and beyond. He was patient, pleasant and efficient. Appreciate the kindness and helpful attitude.

  I'm in the store almost weekly. I do ship things out for my business and do personal returns etc. I have always found the workers to be very courteous and helpful.

  The woman who waited on me at the La Jolla office was so nice and she was very efficient. She had a very pleasant demeanor.

  Never thought I'd be writing a review for a post office but here we are. The employees here are some of the nicest people who answer questions without an atttiude, they explain everything carefully, and work efficiently as a team. Every single person I've encountered when coming to this location always have a smile on their face and I can honestly say this is the only post office I've ever been to where my errand runs smoothly. Kudos to this team!
