  It's close parking, convenient location, quick in and out service, they know what they're doing at this store. I've been to others, but drive out of my way to go to THIS location.

  Out of the past 10 returns that I've submitted through this location, 30 percent were not processed correctly by the employees that work here. I've had no issues by the kiosk, but when something requires additional input by the workers, it has been more likely to be mishandled, nearly costing me over $1300. Edit in response to owner: one instance was because your employee scanned one item twice and missed the other. The other was when I brought a $1300 spectrum return in with a label. The label didn't populate correctly in your system (probably spectrum fault there) and so the associate did something on the computer to get a new label, but it sent to spectrum third party insurance handler asurion. I kept tracking label in bowsing history so wasn't charged. The third was a printed label on a box that was handed off to employee, but must not have been scanned as the tracking showed never received.
