  The worst UPS store ever. Every time I take a package, even if it’s UPS package, they want me to pay extra for a new package. This store is fraud!

  I used to love my local UPS store. Unless they are overwhelmed but they treated me substandard during today’s visit. Not a good feeling from this customer service…well, they just lost the customer.

  Came in for Notary service after a phone call. All of the staff were incredibly helpful. Great experience, never came in before would definetly come back again.

  This used to be my favorite UPS Store, but not anymore. I stopped by with my dog to quickly drop off an Amazon return — over 15 people were waiting even though 3 employees were working. While I was in line, one staff member rudely yelled that pets aren’t allowed. I apologized, but another employee shouted at me again in front of everyone and forced me to leave before I could even get my phone back. It was extremely humiliating and unprofessional. Terrible customer service and zero efficiency.
