  Today was a frustrating experience at this UPS store. I stopped in around 2:15 PM with a UPS prepaid return label. First, the guy working (mask under his nose) told me the system was down for all non-UPS packages. When I mentioned I had a UPS return, he told me I would have to pay $3 just to print the prepaid label. Three dollars for a single sheet of paper! That’s completely ridiculous, especially when it’s a pre-paid return. I ended up just walking out. ​While I was there, several other people came in and were turned away for things like Amazon returns and notary services. The place felt disorganized, and the policies are just terrible. I'm definitely not coming back. For reference FedEx is .24¢ to print an email.
