  Had an item to be returned. Missy was VERY helpful pulling the return shipping label from my phone, as I'm not very good at that type of thing. Quick and efficient! I've also used their shredding service when mine gets a little overwhelming Convenient hrs, handicapped accessible.

  The hours online are incorrect. They are CLOSED on Sundays. I found this out today when I drove to Geneva to send something out and it says closed on their hours hung in the window. Online it says they are currently open on Sundays until 11pm. Would greatly appreciate the online hours to be fixed so more people don’t waste gas and time.

  Never had issues with service, but the hours for Sunday on Google still say they are open at the Geneva NY location are 6am-11pm. I drove there last Sunday to see the hours posted on the door saying they were closed on Sundays. Apparently this hasn't changed in years after seeing other Sunday reviews.

  Nice local UPS Store with friendly staff. Needed to ship a gently used S&B cold air intake to move it on to it's new home. Never as cheap as the USPS... but the service is good. Recommended.
