  I took some very important photos in at 9a.m to be scanned and sent to an email. Since it was so many they said it would be the afternoon before finished. I waited til 3 pm and called back. They were not finished and I was told the scanner had not been working all day. I do not understand why they didn't call to let .e know so I could make other arrangements. When asked for a corporate number was indmformed she was owner and it wouldn't do any good. These photos were for a slideshow for my grandmother's funeral. I even told them that at 9 a.m. I feel this was very inappropriate. I will never go back there.

  Everytime I drop off a package, I always get the rude, hateful cashier who acts like everyone is an inconvenience. Very rude, very unprofessional. I won't do business here anymore unless I absolutely have to, and if I HAVE to do business here, I will be avoiding that cashier from now on. She needs to be fired or working somewhere else besides the front desk

  Can't complain at the ease of doing an Amazon Shipment at this location. Soon as I walked inside what appears to actually be the broad side of a bank, I approached the counter and showed my QR code sent via Email by Amazon and handed over the package for shipping. They printed a receipt and I was on my way.
