  I was carrying a large awkward to hold box to bring into the store and when I looked up, an employee was already holding the door open for me. What fabulous service and courtesy! They also handled my transaction quickly and efficiently! Thank you so much!

  This has happened 3 times in past few weeks. The scanner machine is still broken but their phone system doesn't allow me to call and speak to a live person. There is massive construction and it would have been nice to find out over phone vs making the trip.

  Excellent Service at The UPS Store - Silvernail Road, Waukesha! I recently visited The UPS Store in Waukesha for an Amazon return. I mistakenly had a Whole Foods QR code on my phone instead of the correct UPS one. Darren, an employee there, was incredibly helpful. He very quickly and patiently guided me through the process of switching to the right QR code. I truly can't say enough good things about Darren's assistance. Thank you very much for the outstanding help!

  Came here in a big truck to rent a box and man said he too busy to rent me a box. Take 30 minutes and he didn't have time to do it
