  Efficient and plenty of parking spots but when it is packed the parking lot is horrible to maneuver. Store suggests parking at bottom of hill.

  STAY AWAT at All cost! The UPS store is a total fraud. Had sneakers stolen after dropping at this location. Even you got the receipt you only was told everything ships out same day. And manager is unable to review the security camera with what happened. DO NOT believe those FAKE AI review gives this place 4 star rating! It should be 0 and I'm not the only victim here!!!!

  The best service I've ever received at any UPS store by far! I had to send an item to Canada while I was on the east coast and the staff at the store were absolutely the most attentive people to deal with. Everyone I talked to on the phone was courteous and friendly, and I won't hesitate to recommend this UPS store to everyone I know in the Boston area, and of course, I'll be using them again in the future. Thank you so very much!!

  * Exceptional Customer Service at The UPS Store in Quincy, MA* ~I’ve frequently used the UPS Store on Willard Street in Quincy, MA, and have always had great experiences with both the customer service and package shipping. ~I first heard about their excellent service from family and friends. ~Until recently, I had never encountered any issues—until one of my packages didn’t arrive on time. ~I went in to speak with the manager and immediately understood why the staff is so outstanding. Even when the manager isn’t around, the team is still efficient and professional, which reflects the leadership at the top. When I arrived, the manager was clearly working hard alongside the staff, ensuring everything ran smoothly. I explained my issue, and he dropped everything to address it swiftly, politely, and professionally. *I can't say enough about the top-notch customer service at this store, and I truly hope the manager and team are recognized for their dedication and hard work.

  The store manager was very rude and unhelpful. The experience was dismissive and unacceptable. I would not recommend going here as a black woman.
