Hats off to the hard working and attentive staff at this very busy location. They are helpful and efficient. Yes, at times one must stand in line because it can get busy. But that’s not the store’s fault!

Went in Saturday to ship one package. Three people working. No one greeted me as I approached the counter. Three steps away I said, with a cheerful voice, "good morning everybody! "
The older lady with gray and black streaks in her hair with matching white and black striped glasses said, "how can I help you."
I presented my package and the phone rang. The two younger, a girl and a guy, sat and she stood, playing with phones, ignoring the ringing business phone. I overheard the message from the phone. In the past I've tried calling half a dozen times never talking to a person. Just animated recording. I've left a message that was never returned.
When my transaction was completed, I asked why they have a business phone if they never answered it? The older lady waiting on me rudely said everyone was busy. What do you want me to do? I mentioned that at the time that the phone was ringing the two just sat and stood and ignored the ringing phone. Again very rude she claimed that they were busy. And they were. But not when the phone rang. Getting nowhere i just walked out vowing not to go back to that store. It hurts because I am former UPS driver. I've always admired UPS. I will go to Port Charlotte store even that it's a couple of miles farther. Great customer service is so important to businesses. She would not last until noon on her first day at Publix if she started at 11:30 a.m.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a UPS Store. I mailed a cashier’s check for $1,700 from this location and it was lost. I called and left multiple messages—no call back. I went into the store the first time, and the girl never even showed anyone my issue. Went in a second time, was told the owner would call me back—no call. I called again, spoke to someone who promised the owner would review the issue and call me back—still nothing. I even went in a fourth time and nothing had been done. The owner never called me, never took responsibility, and the issue was never handled.
Today was the last time I will ever use this location. I’m warning anyone who uses this store: be very careful sending anything important from here. Shame on the owner for completely ignoring a serious problem. I am out $1,700 because of their negligence and lack of customer service.

Everyone who works here are amazing. Super nice and helpful. Very busy location but they are always very friendly!!

For several years, my wife and I had refrained from visiting this establishment due to prior negative experiences with customer service. However, our perception shifted significantly upon encountering Jeff and Chris Morales a few years ago. Their consistently positive interactions, coupled with their helpfulness, fostered a sense of appreciation. Their friendly and genuine approach to customer service is commendable. They have become our preferred individuals to interact with in the North Port area. We wish to express our sincere appreciation for their exceptional service and exemplary character.
I bet they both definitely have fantastic parents.
