  They changed me $35 to fax 12 pages. Then the couldn't get a confirmation code that it went. Then I went to the ups store in knightdale the fax it for $14.00 and a confirmation number . I took my receipt and showed it to them they took a picture and said they have to tell the person in charge. But it was a husband and wife in there it seem like they were in charge. When I went there when it was other people working I had no problem at all. They need people who know how to operate the fax machine and the printer. This store will be out of business before it get started.
