  Store employ was helpful. He kindly pointed of my mistake of thinking package had shipping label for UPS but it was USPS. This store was nice and easy to ship out from.

  This place is the worst. I had a UPS return label to drop off. The item and box had arrived damaged. The guy at the counter immediately (without asking any questions) started yelling at me about the condition of the contents in this box (not that it was any of his business). I explained the item arrived damaged and I had the authorized return label. He just kept yelling. It wasn’t clear onto me if he was going to actually take the package or not so I left.

  The staff is always friendly and helpful, and access is easy. What truly makes them stand out is the range of extra services they provide. They offer notary services, Mailbox which isvery convenient and easy to access. Plus, they also take passport photos, which is a great bonus. Their prices are very reasonable, and the team is consistently efficient and professional. I've been a regular at Wintergreen Plaza. This is one stop service and I would highly recommend.
