    Always pleased with this professional staff. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable but don't go at 4:30 or 6:30 pm. There will be 20-30 peopl6in line.

    2 stars because of the employee, I’m 36 weeks pregnant returning amazon package. It was a nice UPS, busy but I’m fine waiting in line. When I got to the front desk I settled package down, grabbed my phone out of my purse, hit the Apple wallet to get the QR code as she says- next time have the QR code ready. It prob took me all of 30 seconds to get my phone and pull up the code. Again I had a package in my hand my purse and waddling along at 36 weeks. Literally took 30 seconds so rude.

    This location is almost always busy, and there is usually a long line when it is the busy times. Be ready from anywhere from a 10 minute wait to 30+ minutes. Be aware that there are inconsiderate people who will take over the self serve kiosk with a cart load of items and act like they are the only one that matters. When they are confronted, they are challenging you and standing their ground refusing to move. They do not respect others and are the first to cry unfair treatment. The newer staff does not seem to care either. They are overwhelmed with the line size. So there is no help from the store to fix a problem they have on their premises. I use to like going to this location, but after encountering the same person being rude to others acting like she is the only one there and after seeing how she point blank told another customer no she would not move, I'm going to have to find another location to go to. Customers at a business are a heavy influence besides the business itself. If the employees will not gain control of the situation, how can you trust they won't let people steal your packages at the kiosk? What is to stop someone from going behind the counter and getting stuff. If they will not address this issue and maintain order in their location, why take a chance? I'm giving it 2 stars because I use to like coming to this location and most of the staff are nice and helpful. The facility is clean as well.
