  I gave them my package 48 hours still didn't say in transit I had to call few times every time I call there execute it's the system And I had to wait 12 hours I called after back and forth finally they Found it Do you think after they mistake they will ship it right away No still not in transit That last phone call was at 2 pm Now it's 10 pm I will try tomorrow but will never use them again

  I've dropped packages off here a few times, and it has been a positive experience. No lines, no staff issues, bright and clean space and my packages seem to get to its destination on time.
