  DONT COME HERE I would give 0 stars if I could DONT COME HERE. THEY meaning this store. They made a huge mistake, and the manager took ZERO accountability of course. I recently took 2 packages there. 1 was an Amazon return. 1 was a piece of Hermes clothing worth and being sold for $300 through a verified seller. When I brought both packages to UPS, I was told I needed boxes for both of them, no problem, I paid what couldn’t have been more than $10 for 2 boxes, gave the UPS employee the return labels for each separately and went about my business. Fast forward to today. I get a photo message from the verified seller of my Amazon return(Men’s Razor) not the Hermes clothing. The employee at the store mixed up the labels EVEN THOUGH I gave each separately. Long story short I’m out $300. The person that paid doesn’t get their products and I don’t even have the product to resell bc it’s lost somewhere in an Amazon return warehouse. I asked the store owner to make it right or at least apologize for mixing up my packages costing me to now lose $300 all he did was try and blame me and take 0 accountability. He acted like he couldn’t understand what I was saying. After Explaining the same thing in multiple simple ways I realized I wasn’t going to get anywhere with guy and just left. As I said DONT COME HERE

  That was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a UPS Store. The guy wrapped the package horribly. My 3 year old granddaughter could have done a much better job. My first and last time there. Paid for the box and bubble wrap which he threw a tiny piece of bubble wrap in the box no larger than a piece of paper. Definitely a 1 ⭐️
