    Alyssa went above and beyond in providing exceptional customer service when I couldn't open the code for returning an item on my phone by having me email it to her and then retrieving it on her computer. It's instances like this that have me coming back to UPS store # 7645 on Lebanon Pike. She not only went out of her way to assist but did so with a friendly smile!
