  Eric was very helpful. I really didn’t how to create a label. He helped me and I was able to send what I needed to send. He was very courteous also. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

  UPS has always had great customer service when compared to other carriers. Prices are definitely reasonable in my opinion. So therefore I was highly recommended to others .

  I want to take a moment to share the outstanding customer service I received at my local UPS Store located in the Renaissance Center in Rialto, CA. What I expected to be a stressful and complicated visit turned out to be an incredibly smooth and pleasant experience—thanks to a wonderful employee named Ricky. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted with a genuine smile, setting a positive tone right away. Ricky truly went above and beyond. Not only was he friendly and efficient, but he also made what I thought would be a difficult return and shipping process feel incredibly simple and stress-free. His professionalism, kindness, and upbeat attitude were refreshing and left a lasting impression. Customer service is something I truly value, and Ricky embodied everything it should be. I hope he receives the recognition and appreciation he deserves, because employees like him make all the difference. And though I didn’t get to work directly with the other female employee on duty, I also want to mention that she greeted me with a warm smile as well, which only added to the welcoming atmosphere. Thank you to the team at this UPS location for making my day easier—you turned a potentially frustrating task into a genuinely great experience.
