    Everyone is so polite in the store! You walk in they greet you if there’s a line they tell you they’ll be with you in a moment! I have been using this store for about 3 years now and I don’t have any complaints! They always try their best to keep the Amazon send her up and running. I have been to many UPS stores and their centers are not functioning and are trashy! So basically I appreciate the care that is given to the store.

    If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Each time I have visited I have never been greeted. The associates act as if they do not want to be bothered. The most recent time I stood at the counter while the associate answered a call. The associate continued to assist the customer over the phone for 5 minutes without speaking to me or asking me to hold. Eventually, someone came from the back to assist other customers behind me while o continued waiting in line for the associate to finish the call. The call went on so long without me being acknowledged that another associate finally asked to assist me.
