  Just went in to return things and the staff member Nikki was so kind and helpful I had to write a review. At first I came in confused behind a big line and one of the other girls were a bit rude and unhelpful but Nikki stepped in and ensured I was able to get what I needed to get done, DONE! Give her a raise she knows customer service!

  I went to this store because of the positive reviews compared to other locations. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. First of all, the young man helping me, named Ash, was knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. That would have been enough, but he was also incredibly kind and friendly. The manager was also very friendly, fully of energy, and confirmed helpful info about delivery of my package. Thank you for offering excellent service!

  FIVE STARS for ALEX at the SDSU UPS 📦store. I came in with 15 packages to be shipped cross country. Alex was efficient, quick, and cheerful and made the whole process seamless 👏👏👏

  An absolute pleasure to do business with! I was fortunate enough to be referred to James and Matt at the UPS store for signage for my business and they did not disappoint! Communication throughout the entire experience was prompt and transparent. I had a very specific outcome in mind and they NAILED IT! Almost 100 email correspondence to bring this to fruition, and was never made to feel that I was a burden or that the process should be rushed. Multiple shop visits, and critiques, with valuable input from all parties. I am going to shout their praises from the rooftops! If you need quality signage, at super fair pricing, look no further! I will definitely be using them again and referring all of my friends in need of print services!
