  The representative told me it would be $10 per notarized signature. When he provided my receipt is was $4.99 for notary service and $4.99 for clerical fee. I paid it, but thinking it was high ($90 in total), I checked the law. The clerical fee has to be optional according to PA state law. And he did nothing clerical in nature, no copies or emailing.
