  Janellle saw me in line with multiple bags/boxes. She offered me a place to put them until it was my turn. She was thorough & super fast! I wish more people were like her ! Fantastic work ethic!!!

  I have been to many UPS stores in many states. This one is by far the best I have frequented. Always staffed extremely well with genuinely friendly (!) folks who don't seem annoyed I'm there. Whether I'm returning a dozen things at one time that we've ordered or having them pack an item, I've never had an issue. Their notary services are quick, affordable, and efficient as well. Highly recommended.

  Autumn at The UPS Store is an absolute lifesaver! I walked in with an incredibly awkward, odd-sized item that I had no idea how to ship. Autumn immediately jumped in, found the perfect box, and then expertly packaged and wrapped the item for me. She even made sure to tape the box securely so I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. She was so patient and friendly throughout the entire process. If you have a shipping challenge, go see Autumn—she's a pro!

  Don’t bother to come here, terrible customer service and inconsistent. I took a package for return a few weeks ago and I didn’t had a box just the pack and level on a paper and this kind lady said don’t worry we take care of it it’s not needed we put it on a bag. Today I went to do a return and as a told the lady I had 3 different labels she rolled her eyes while I was looking for them and she goes, oh all of this needs boxes, buy them from the shelf… but how come I did this a few weeks ago with no problems, label from the same company as before and she told me, it’s required. NO! The problem is that she didn’t want to deal with 3 different labels, rude and lazy! Don’t come here if you don’t want to feel like they are doing you a favor!!! You are paying for a service.
