  I’ve stopped by this UPS Store a few times since it opened last year and have had consistently great experiences, so I figured it was time to leave a review. As others have mentioned, the store is exceptionally clean and well-organized. It still looks as nice as it did the week it opened. Every team member I’ve met has been friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They take the time to help you thoroughly but also get you in and out quickly, exactly what you want when running errands. The owner herself has helped me a few times, and she’s absolutely lovely - such a warm energy. I always leave feeling like I’ve had a genuinely pleasant interaction, never stressed or rushed, which is pretty rare for a shipping store. Highly recommend!

  The best UPS store around! I run a business and drop off packages daily. There are times when I arrive with 30+ boxes and they never give me any issues! I’ve tried going to multiple other stores and they always give me heck for all the packages. Staff is always friendly and helpful!

  Was very rudely told to not use the tape on the counter. There is no sign that says for Amazon use only. Maybe put up a sign instead of passive-aggressively interrogating your customers.
