  If I could put 0 stars i would! I had a package that I needed to sign for. I missed it by 10 minutes. Its a very fragile package and I needed it by the next day. I went to the access point where ups said it was left to pick it up and they told me they didn't have it and to call the closed ups. I called the clinton location and explained my story and the lady on the phone straight up told me I can't help you. No comment about well maybe it will be delivered the next business day or at the end of the day. No common sense told me she didn't care and that she couldn't help me at all. Horrible horrible service on the phone!!! Update: To clarify i understand not all UPS stores can help but the fact being the lady on the phone could have said exactly what your response was to me and to contact someone else or customer service. The access drop point place told me to call the closest UPS store. And if the employee on the phone really cared about customer service she would have done what your respond was to me not tell me that she did not care. She could have also if she did not know asked someone else to take the phone call. I work in retail I know how it goes and I never told a customer on the phone that I didn't know what to do and did not care.

  Not very friendly when I questioned how I had to pay $10 for a simple Amazon return that would normally be free. Never again.

  We sealed our package at home and took to the store to be shipped.Package was opened and items taken out then replaced with foam tubes and sealed back up and delivered late. My wife emailed the store with photo proof of this. She was not given any answers so she called the store and was rudely hung up on. Never had a problem like this at any other UPS store and surely will not recommend this store to anyone. Hope you all enjoyed the cookies!

  Love using this place. Naser really helped me ship my stuff which I forgot at great clips. Really appreciate that.

  So thankful this store is open and that Naser Batah is there operating this store. He is beyond helpful in all matters with the most sincere demeanor! I look forward to going there and saying hello because I know I will also be greeted with a smile and the willingness to help me in any situation.
