DO NOT GO HERE – They Ruined My Medication, Lied About It, and Refused to Take Responsibility
This UPS Store is a disaster. On Thursday, I paid for next-day delivery of a refrigerated medication—and I made it absolutely clear it was urgent, medical, and needed to stay cold. They took my money, promised Friday delivery, and completely failed me.
The package didn’t arrive until Monday the 27th. They didn’t label it as medical. They didn’t mark it as refrigerated. And because of that, the medication was ruined.
When I followed up, they told me they’re not responsible and that I should “contact UPS.” But they’re the ones who accepted the shipment, took my payment, and made the promise. And worst of all? They lied. Both employees claimed I never mentioned it was refrigerated or medical—when I absolutely did. That’s not just disrespectful, that’s dishonest.
They failed to deliver, failed to protect my health, and failed to own up to it. And the attitude? Unbelievable. No apology, no accountability, just deflection and disrespect.
If you care about your health, your time, or being treated like a human being—do not go here. Tell your people not to go here. They don’t care, and they won’t make it right when they mess up.
