  I had a positive experience at this UPS Store. I was greeted with a warm welcome and professionalism. The young lady at the desk with the short hair went above and beyond to make sure my package was packed securely, labeled correctly, and shipped out on time. She answered all of my questions, explained my shipping options, and even helped me save money by recommending the best service for my needs. I'll definitely use this location again

  Nice place to drop off your packages and so forth. And get supplies or whatever for shipping boxes. It's okay

  If you can't pick up your mail with a key don't bother with this location. Ellis Allen is an employee that is rude, hassles clients when picking mail even if you are on the authorized to pick up list if you don't have a key. She has turned my employees away when on list and claims to be the Owner of this UPS location when asked for the Owners name so I can complain to them. She states it is not allowed to pick up mail if you don't have a key. That is not true, there is an authorized list they have on each account/box number. She argued, raised her voice, multiple times. My employee called me while he was there when turned away and told there was not mail when I KNEW there were 3 pieces of mail (I called earlier to verify prior to sending him). When I attempted to speak with her about it she yelled at me, kept interrupting, covered her name badge. Finally was able to get them mail but my employee was very shaken up and plan to leave this place ASAP.

  Desk worker was extremely rude. I asked what she would recommend to send a package to Las Vegas. In a sarcastic and mocking manner she said “I recommend you send it to Las Vegas”. And proceeded to stop assisting me and move to the next customer without helping.
