  Be prepared for them to get angry at you if god forbid a PACKAGE DELIVERY COMPANY has to apply a piece of tape to a box. 🤣 I normally carry around tape in my truck for this reason, but the one time I didnt have it and brought in a package without it, the manager let me have it. "We've had this discussion before." We haven't.

  I called to ask about a package that the delivery had been rescheduled. The lady I talked to was rude and hung up on me.

  The people working there are so friendly and will to help you with whatever you need. They take there time and help each person and act like they want to help and work and that is a rare quality now a day !

  I recently had a great experience with Heather, Varsha and their team at UPS Store #7636 in Basehor KS. I'm in NC and recently purchased a couple (Fragile!) items thru an online auction hosted by a company in their area. That company used their store as the shipper. A phone call coordinated the shipping details easily and the charges were reasonable. The items were received in tact within a couple days, packaged professionally and with care. It was like magic y'all! Thanks so much!
