  We ordered a feather sign and the printed letters looked faded. But we were late in returning it and missed the acceptable window according to the printer UPS uses for feather signs. The manager was determined to get us a new sign anyway and he did. It was clear he cares about customer satisfaction and we are grateful he made it right even though we missed the return deadline. That was definitely going above and beyond! When I think of UPS I think quality and that is the way this little store does business. Highly recommend!!
