  The lady who works there has been very helpful to me every time I come in, she is knowledgeable of how to help me with all of the uploading and sending documents I needed for a disability claim. She is friendly, courteous and professional

  Avoid this location. I assume they make commission off the supplies because the push to upsell you on items is ridiculous. I was unable to package two of my items so I ran out to find boxes nearby and when I came back, she taped one package and said she was unable to do the rest and that I had to purchase my own tape. I understand if it’s a policy not to do it for customers but the condescending tone from Yogita was what got me. Avoid this location if you can.

  The UPS store it is next to RAC, is not in the Skechers store . Very friendly staff.

  Had an excellent experience with customer service. Very quick and efficient. Yogita was very knowledgeable and also did my notary. So happy to have a location closer to home now.
