  First time at this location and the man behind the counter seemed very annoyed to help or answer any of my questions. He was even rude at one point and criticized me and past customers on helping with my label. Also my package was received late where it was going and I was penalized for it. I will not be going back to this location.

  I go here a few times a month I am so grateful to have this new store and the supplies they provide. Just a few things there's no place to sit and check your packages and the island you can set your stuff is on wheels and rolls away when you set things down on it and or try to write. The wheels in sure have brakes on them so it not hard to fix. But you'd think after someone almost falls over trying to check a package theyre shipping you'd come over right away to fix it so the person could finish what theyre doing instead of rushing them along when they're are no other customers this has happened a few times. Also the times they're open aren't very early or late for the working crowds.

  If I could give this location zero stars I most definitely would. The staff is rude and the location is ALWAYS a complete mess. Who ever owns this location does not care about the appearance or the customer service. When I moved to Henderson, NV from the Atlanta, GA in November of 2024 I was excited to see a UPS store opening around the corner from my residence. First red flag it took approximately 4 more months to open. My first time entering when it finally opened the agent was rude. I brushed it off as him being overwhelmed due to them just opening and having tons of packages to sort through. My experiences thereafter got worse and worse. I also use this location to drop off my USPS packages at times because the road to get to the nearest post office is being worked on and it can be annoying to just get to the post office. Well yesterday I had an oversized UPS package to return to Amazon in addition to my USPS mail. I decided to take in the USPS packages first. Normally there is a USPS post office bucket that you can just drop your packages in and not have to disturb the workers. At this location they leave it behind the counter. I asked if they could take my packages and drop them in the bucket and Deanna rudely told me you have to wait until I finish with this customer. The other lady was back messing with packages. She could have came grabbed the packages and dumped them in the bucket. She didn't she just ignored me. The customer Deanna was working with wasn't prepared and was holding up the line. I again asked while they are figuring out there issue can you just put my packages in the bucket and Deanna's response was I can not until I am done with them (mind you she is just staring at them as they try to figure things out). Then she says you can just leave them on the counter and I will deal with them when I am done. I do that and then I call customer support. I go outside the door one to wait for customer support and to also wait for the customers she was helping to leave when the do I go back in and stand in line. No other customers are in the store. I am on the phone with customer support and waiting for Deanna to acknowledge me. She doesn't she ignores me. Customer support is telling me well she does have to finish with the customer. I explain to them three times that I am now standing in line she is not helping any customers my packages are still on the counter and she is ignoring me. She finally acknowledges me and has an attitude and states I can leave your packages on the counter we do it all the time. I state I would like to see her place them in the bucket and she makes a face and grabs my packages stating her disgust under her breath. I walkout and still talking to the customer service agent have to reiterate the disrespect and how she ignored me the only customer now in the store. He finally took a complaint which I know will not be followed up on. Instead of going right back in with my UPS package I went to Smiths so I wouldn't have to deal with them for a minute then grabbed my package when I returned brought it in and left the package after Deanna scanned the label with a nasty look. Then she says oh I need to scan it again. I allowed her to scan it again and she says yeah we will tape it up for you. I wanted to say. I know you will but I just walked out the door. My suggesting is if you don't know how to multi-task, don't want to provide good customer service and don't care about the appearance of your workspace... FIND ANOTHER JOB!

  Coming from one of the largest customer service industries I have never met more rude workers in my life, I’m being nice giving them 2 stars, the Asian lady with top shelf customer service would get them 5 stars if only they would follow her lead. Went there again and notice one employee was no longer there however the replacement is Cody, looks like he’s upset because he has to be here so early, regardless anyone saying hello, good morning etc. I don’t get it where has our work ethics gone besides down the toilet & who is managing these stores, it’s located near my home & I refuse to go elsewhere.
