put my label on the wrong package so the company i tried to return my $150+ item to received a children’s toy instead of my camera lens. they told me i needed to contact customer service and that they couldn’t do anything about it. tried to contact customer and they refused to help me so i was left with no refund and having to lose out on $150+ dollars. my mother also went to return a package and asked for the to put the label on the right package because of what happened to me and they worker told her to “go somewhere else” with a nasty attitude. do not recommend this location.

I was at this location on August 26 to return a package and asked the gentleman behind the counter if they could please make sure that the correct label gets put on my package because the last time that I used them they put my label for something I was returning on toys Which is not what I had bought or was even returning and when I asked him to make sure that the correct label got put on the package he told me I can take my return somewhere else this place is a joke and I will not be coming back. I would never treat someone in that manner.

On May 27th, I went into the store in the morning and was greeted by Jessica with my 12 boxes to be shipped and had a wonderful experience. Returned back that same afternoon and was greeted by Joe and Alex with 2 boxes and this is where it went left. 1st of all Alex had my boxes sent by USPS, and not UPS so those boxes were far more expensive. Then when I wasn't given my AAA discount, which which I asked about prior to the transaction being complete. I then asked for the transaction to be rung up again. At that point Joe became rude and advised me not to ask for it again, because it wouldn't be given. He then proceeded to start the refund process. Needless to say, I never received my $169.44 refund until June 13th. The refund was issued only with the assistance of Jessica who spent countless hours and phone calls assisting me.
I would like to say Thank you to Jessica and Wyatt both who were very helpful to me while I spent close to $1500 shipping 23 boxes to Texas as I was moving my mother.
