  I am getting ready to move to Anna. However, the service and quality provided by Sun and her fellow co-workers is superb. Therefore, I will probably make the drive back to McKinney just to continue to do business with them!!

  I came here for a simple printing job and had a terrible experience. Even though they have self-printing stations, they refused to let me use them and instead told me to email my documents to the store. Then they charged me extra, calling it an “assistance fee.” To make matters worse, the staff said they didn’t receive my email the first time, so I sent it again. Later, she claimed she had two copies, printed everything twice, and charged me double. I ended up paying $9 for just 5 documents totaling 15 pages — way overpriced for such poor service. Very unprofessional and dishonest. Definitely won’t be coming back.

  During my visit at The UPS Store. I had a great experience. The Associate named "Atharva" is very professional, friendly, considerate, respectful and kind. Excellent customer service.

  Always helpful and prompt. Daniel was especially helpful when I was unprepared for a return… really appreciated.
